What it will cost you if you have an incident!

All renters are subject to a damage liability charge as outlined below.

Single Vehicle Accident (SVA):

An SVA is defined as any incident in which the Vehicle is involved in a collision with another stationary vehicle or object and includes, but is not limited to, rollovers, collisions with animals, overhead damage and damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle, driving into stationary objects, reversing into stationary objects or vehicles and when the third party cannot be identified. Please refer to our standard Rental Terms & Conditions for full particulars of customer liability.

Costs of Hire

• Daily rental rate
• Administration Fee - $3.30
• Mileage (where applicable) - $0.275 per km
• Collision Damage Waiver (where selected)
• Relocation/Drop fee (where applicable)
• Age surcharge (where applicable) - $10.00 per day
• Loss or damage liability amounts
• Traffic Infringement processing fee (TIP) - $50.00 per offence

Conditions of Hire – Motor Vehicles

• Hirer must have recent driving experience and hold the appropriate current non-provisional motor vehicle licence
• Security bond must be secured (and authorised) using a credit card
• Hirer is responsible for all damage arising from a single vehicle incident
• Motor vehicle is to be returned with substantially the same amount of fuel
• Motor vehicle is for use on sealed roads only (4WD’s excepted)
• Motor vehicles are not permitted to be used on beaches or sand tracks
• Rental is subject to the terms & conditions contained in the rental agreement
• All rental rates, fees & charges are subject to change without notice
